Victoria graduated from AUT in 2021, earning awards for her research in hamstring rehabilitation. With a background in ballet, long-distance running, and bodybuilding, she has a strong passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and strength-based training. Victoria has worked with teams including the Northshore Tigers and West Coast Rangers, and enjoys helping athletes and active individuals recover, perform, and thrive through evidence-based, tailored rehabilitation. Kirsty graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from Auckland University of Technology in 2025. She has a strong passion for sport and particularly enjoys playing netball and volleyball, having competed at a high level. Her own experiences with injury have shaped her understanding of the rehabilitation process from a patient’s perspective. She values the wide-ranging benefits exercise provides and believes movement plays a key role in overall wellbeing.
While studying, Kirsty gained experience providing sideline physiotherapy with Te Atatu Rugby League and working with the Men’s Masters 60s Hockey Team at the World Cup here in Auckland. She will also be working with the Silverdale Rugby Club this year. She has a particular interest in sports injuries and values evidence-based practice to guide effective rehabilitation.
