Kirsty graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from Auckland University of Technology in 2025. She has a strong passion for sport and particularly enjoys playing netball and volleyball, having competed at a high level. Her own experiences with injury have shaped her understanding of the rehabilitation process from a patient’s perspective. She values the wide-ranging benefits exercise provides and believes movement plays a key role in overall wellbeing.
While studying, Kirsty gained experience providing sideline physiotherapy with Te Atatu Rugby League and working with the Men’s Masters 60s Hockey Team at the World Cup here in Auckland. She will also be working with the Silverdale Rugby Club this year. She has a particular interest in sports injuries and values evidence-based practice to guide effective rehabilitation.
Kirsty takes a warm, kind, and empathetic approach to care and enjoys combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation. She is always looking to learn and grow as a physiotherapist to provide the best possible outcomes for her patients.View details »
