I’m an AUT-trained Physiotherapist and Associate Hand Therapist. My background spans Waikato Hospital’s acute and outpatient teams, private sports physiotherapy with a special interest in rowing injuries, and now the specialised world of hand therapy.
I’m here to help you understand what’s going on, make a clear plan, and get you back to doing what you love.I use a whole-body, holistic approach, backed by strong manual therapy skills and certification in dry needling to get targeted, effective results.
My next professional goal is to complete a postgraduate certificate in rehabilitation with a focus on Hand and Upper Limb Therapy.

I graduated from AUT with a BHSc (Physiotherapy), and initally worked at Middlemore Hospital on the rotational scheme, where I found my passion for Hand Therapy. I am an experienced Hand Therapist and have my Masters in Rehabilitation.
Outside of work and study, I love travel, house renovations and spending time with my young family and friends. View details »
