My background spans Waikato Hospital’s acute and outpatient teams, private sports physiotherapy with a special interest in rowing injuries, and now the specialised world of hand therapy. I’m here to help you understand what’s going on, make a clear plan, and get you back to doing what you love.I use a whole-body, holistic approach, backed by strong manual therapy skills and certification in dry needling to get targeted, effective results.
