Paddy graduated from University College Dublin in Ireland in 2019 and moved to New Zealand shortly afterwards.
As a physio, Paddy has worked with soccer, rugby and gaelic football teams across a variety of age groups and levels in men's and women's sport in Ireland and New Zealand. He is currently studying for a Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning qualification to continue to develop his skills.
Paddy is passionate about helping people get back to doing the things they love and really enjoys working with people to achieve their goals. He has a particular interest in injuries that require long term rehab and loves using his exercise skills to make sure people are getting back to and beyond their pre-injury levels. That interest leads him to see a lot of significant injuries and post-surgical cases, with ACL injuries, shoulder dislocations and achilles ruptures currently top of his list.
Outside of work Paddy loves all types of sport. He is currently playing soccer and gaelic football along with gym training, but has qualifications as a kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding instructor and is currently trying to master surfing. When he's not playing sports, he loves exploring New Zealand's beautiful landscape by hiking, camping and tramping. Paddy has recently began developing and delivering bespoke professional development services to our clinicians in his new clinical lead role. View details »
