I recently graduated from AUT with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, driven by my lifelong passion for sports. My goal is to help individuals return to their favourite activities and achieve sporting excellence.
Throughout my studies, I gained valuable experience, including working with the Beachlands Maraetai Football Club, where I treated a variety of injuries. I adopt a client-centered approach, creating tailored rehabilitation plans to meet individual goals—whether recovering from injury, returning to work, or preparing for competitions.
In my free time, I enjoy running, scenic walks, gym workouts, and Pilates, and I love spending time outdoors with friends and family. View details »
I graduated from Leeds Beckett University and worked for 2 years at Bradford Teaching Hospitals in the UK. Since I graduated, I have worked in the community, on IMC and intensive care unit wards but found my home when working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have experience working in outpatient clinics and with rugby and soccer teams.
I ran group rehab classes for post and pre-operative ACL patients in the outpatient clinics and developed a strong passion for helping people through the challenges of major surgery. I am dedicated to using evidence-based practice to optimise rehabilitation from injury. I work closely with my clients to deliver them a personalised treatment plan to ensure they are getting the most out of our sessions.
I moved to New Zealand in 2023. Outside of work, I love camping and exploring the stunning scenery all over the country. I also regularly swim, run, and I play squash and soccer a couple of times a week.

I've been a physiotherapist for 4 years. I moved from Ireland to New Zealand in 2019 after graduating from University College Dublin. Outside of work, I love all types of sports. I'm currently playing soccer and Gaelic football but I have qualifications as a kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding instructor and I'm currently trying to master surfing.
When I'm not playing sport I love exploring New Zealand's beautiful landscape by hiking, camping and tramping. As a physio, I have worked with soccer, rugby and Gaelic football teams across a variety of age groups and levels in men's + women's sports. I am passionate about helping people get back to doing the things they love and really enjoy working with people to achieve their goals.
