Hi, I’m Lauren, an Irish Physiotherapist with a background in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning. I completed both the Professional Masters in Physiotherapy and the BSc in Health & Performance Science at University College Dublin.
Since graduating, I have worked in private practice in Dublin, helping a wide range of clients including athletes to those looking to stay active and pain-free. I enjoy combining exercise-based rehab and education to support people in moving better, feeling stronger and reaching their goals. I have also been fortunate to work with the Football Association of Ireland, where I led the design and delivery of athletic development programmes.
I recently moved to New Zealand for a new adventure, to enjoy the outdoors and to continue growing professionally. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and participating in endurance events. View details »
I graduated from Leeds Beckett University and worked for 2 years at Bradford Teaching Hospitals in the UK. Since I graduated, I have worked in the community, on IMC and intensive care unit wards but found my home when working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have experience working in outpatient clinics and with rugby and soccer teams.
I ran group rehab classes for post and pre-operative ACL patients in the outpatient clinics and developed a strong passion for helping people through the challenges of major surgery. I am dedicated to using evidence-based practice to optimise rehabilitation from injury. I work closely with my clients to deliver them a personalised treatment plan to ensure they are getting the most out of our sessions.
I moved to New Zealand in 2023. Outside of work, I love camping and exploring the stunning scenery all over the country. I also regularly swim, run, and I play squash and soccer a couple of times a week.

I graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2022. Before
this, I worked as a Massage Therapist for eight years, gaining valuable hands-on experience
with professional sports teams and clients managing a range of injuries.
Now an intermediate physiotherapist, my key interests are in post-surgical rehab,
tendinopathy management, and introducing strength training to clients new to exercise. My
approach is evidence-based and tailored, focusing on collaboration and problem-solving to
achieve meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, playing golf, and staying active with strength training
and fitness challenges.
