I love the opportunity to improve a person's quality of life by reducing pain and lowering stress levels which allows them to function better and give them improved mobility. Each massage is tailored specifically to your needs using a range of techniques from myofascial release, trigger point, neuromuscular therapy (deep tissue) and Active Isolated stretches (AIS) all which can help with headaches, carpal tunnel, tennis and golfers elbow, sciatica, back, neck and shoulder pain amongst others.

Rochelle has almost 20 years of physiotherapy experience. . Rochelle has previously worked in private practices in the UK and New Zealand treating a diversity of musculoskeletal injuries. She has worked at school based clinics, treating youth with a range of sporting injuries. She has trained in Polestar Pilates and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
