Rochelle has almost 20 years of physiotherapy experience. She has recently worked as a Women's Health Physiotherapist treating antenatal and postnatal women. Rochelle has previously worked in private practices in the UK and New Zealand treating a diversity of musculoskeletal injuries. She has worked at school based clinics, treating youth with a range of sporting injuries. She has trained in Polestar Pilates and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine.

Outside of work Rochelle enjoys social tennis, running, walking, paddle boarding and spending time with family and friends.

Owner and Senior Physiotherapist, Michelle has almost 15 years of physiotherapy experience both in the United States and in New Zealand. After completing 4 years on a tennis scholarship she went on to graduate with her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002. Michelle worked in California, North Carolina and Oregon before returning home to Christchurch in 2009.
Her physiotherapy specialties include:
-General and sports physiotherapy with a particular interest in tennis related injuries
-Pre and post-surgical rehabilitation
-Vestibular,vertigo and balance disorders
Outside of work she is an avid tennis player and is a member of Hagley Park’s premier women’s tennis team. She also enjoys staying active, travelling, and spending time with friends and family. View details »
