Rochelle has almost 20 years of physiotherapy experience. She has recently worked as a Women's Health Physiotherapist treating antenatal and postnatal women. Rochelle has previously worked in private practices in the UK and New Zealand treating a diversity of musculoskeletal injuries. She has worked at school based clinics, treating youth with a range of sporting injuries. She has trained in Polestar Pilates and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
Rochelle's physiotherapy interests include:

Outside of work Rochelle enjoys social tennis, running, walking, paddle boarding and spending time with family and friends.

Ben graduated in 2008 with his Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy after previously working as a personal trainer. He has a strong interest in sports related injuries and is an avid sportsman himself. View details »
With over 20 years of experience, Lisa brings a wealth of experience to the team at Elite Physiotherapy. She has previously worked in musculo-skeletal clinics specialising in sports related injuries both here in New Zealand and overseas.
She has a hands on physiotherapy approach and her specialties include:

-Exercise prescription especially for high level athletes and dancers
