She is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and is known for her approachable communication style and patient-centred approach. With experience treating a broad range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation conditions, Nicole enjoys helping people achieve their goals and regain confidence in their everyday activities. As our Lead Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, she has a particular interest in men's and women's pelvic health, providing specialised assessment and rehabilitation for pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related concerns, and maternal birth injuries. Nicole also has a strong interest in occupational rehabilitation, as well as pool- and gym-based exercise programmes that support recovery and long-term wellbeing. Lead Post Grad Physio. Born & raised in Porirua, Atif has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 2001. He has a broad range of experience working in hospitals and private practice here and overseas. The Titahi Bay clinic Atif started with had been running for more than 20 years and was the first of its kind in the region. Atif has completed postgraduate courses, and exams in manipulative therapy, dry needling, and has completed postgraduate study in Rehabilitation through the University of Otago. Atif is especially interested in shoulder pain and injuriesas well as headache/migraine presentations. He is available to assess and assist his staff in complex injuries.
