Andie is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist and a graduate of the University of Otago. She takes a hands-on, personalised approach to care, combining manual therapy with tailored exercise prescription to help patients recover, build strength, and prevent future injuries.
She has a particular interest in managing spinal presentations, including neck and back pain, as well as gym and sports-related injuries. As a dedicated CrossFit athlete, Andie understands the physical demands of training and enjoys supporting people through injury rehab and performance optimisation.
Andie has completed postgraduate training in manipulative therapy, dry needling, and functional movement assessment, allowing her to deliver well-rounded, evidence-based care.

Born & raised in Porirua, Atif has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 2001. He has a broad range of experience working in hospitals and private practice here and overseas. The Titahi Bay clinic Atif started with had been running for more than 20 years and was the first of its kind in the region. Atif has completed postgraduate courses, and exams in manipulative therapy, dry needling, and has completed postgraduate study in Rehabilitation through the University of Otago. Atif is especially interested in shoulder pain and injuriesas well as headache/migraine presentations. He is available to assess and assist his staff in complex injuries.
