Mark graduated from AUT in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. He is passionate about developing a strong therapeutic relationship with his clients so that they can work collaboratively to achieve the client's goals. Mark si also a strong advocate for adopting a holistic appraoch when it comes to injury rehabilitation, to make sure that his clients are not only physically able to achieve their goals, but also have the confidence to.
Mark has previously worked with the Birkenhead United Football Club for one year while studying. He played many sports growing up, but has a particular passion for football, swimming, waterpolo and cricket.

Indy graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2023 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and is very excited to be starting her Physiotherapy career at Active+ Albany. Her practical experience includes private practice, hospital based, chronic pain and outpatient musculoskeletal. Indy also completed her Reformer Pilates training in 2019 with Polestar NZ and is currently working towards her Pilates Mat training.
Indy is passionate about health and wellbeing and believes in a holistic, evidence-based approach with her clients, incorporating education, mindfulness, exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy to facilitate them to achieve their goals and optimise their health.

Chelsea graduated from AUT in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Since then she has gained experience across a range of areas including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post operarative rehab, rest home care and sports physiotherapy. Chelsea has her own love for Pilates and this insipired her to extend her scope of practice, gaining her Reformer and Mat Pilates qualifications, which she integrates into her physiotherapy treatment, where applicable. She is passionate about applying evidence-based care in the management of her client's conditions and focuses on a full body approach to treatment. Chelsea has also gained her qualification in advanced dry needling and foundation pelvic/women's health and is currently completing the Pinc and Steel course to become a qualified Oncology physio. She delivers a range of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation and loves working with clients from all walks of life, to help them achieve their individual goals, supporting a return to pre-injury function.
