Cesar is a physiotherapist who graduated with distinction from AUT in 2022. He has clinical experience providing musculoskeletal care in both private practice and sports settings.
He has a strong interest in shoulder and lower limb rehabilitation and has completed courses with Angela Cadogan to enhance his skills in evidence-based management.
At Active+, Cesar’s goal is to guide clients through effective, evidence-based rehabilitation, helping them return to the activities they love feeling stronger and more confident.

Mark graduated from AUT in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. He is passionate about developing a strong therapeutic relationship with his clients so that they can work collaboratively to achieve the client's goals. Mark si also a strong advocate for adopting a holistic appraoch when it comes to injury rehabilitation, to make sure that his clients are not only physically able to achieve their goals, but also have the confidence to.
Mark has previously worked with the Birkenhead United Football Club for one year while studying. He played many sports growing up, but has a particular passion for football, swimming, waterpolo and cricket.

Alysha graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Since then, she has worked across private practice clinics with clients of all ages, building broad expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, vocational rehabilitation, post-operative care, chronic pain management, sports injuries, and community rehab.
Alysha is also a certified Pilates instructor through Stability Plus, delivering both one-on-one and group Pilates sessions as part of her therapeutic approach. She combines exercise-based rehabilitation with manual therapy techniques such as massage and dry needling to offer a well-rounded, evidence-based and holistic treatment experience. Alysha is currently furthering her clinical expertise by studying toward a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science (Rehabilitation) after winning this year’s scholarship, thanks to Active+ partnership with AUT’s Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences.
