Alysha graudated from AUT in 2017 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has since gained experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post-operative rehab, chronic pain management, adolescent rehab and sports team physiotherapy. She has been trained in Pilates and has experience teaching classes and using it clinically. She has also completed her foundation dry-needling course. Alysha is passionate about taking a holistic, evidence-based approach with her clients, incorporating education, mindfulness, exercise-based rehab and manual therapy to facilitate them to achieve their goals and optimise their physical abilities. Kate has 23 years experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working in both New Zealand and the UK. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is a Polestar certified practitioner of pilates for rehabilitation, with 15 years of clinical pilates experience. She has a passion in helping people be the best they can through the promotion of active rehab and a healthy lifestyle. Kate’s special interests include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, clinical pilates, acupuncture, pain management and functional rehab for older adults.
