Cesar is a physiotherapist who graduated with distinction from AUT in 2022. He has clinical experience providing musculoskeletal care in both private practice and sports settings. He has a strong interest in shoulder and lower limb rehabilitation and has completed courses with Angela Cadogan to enhance his skills in evidence-based management. At Active+, Cesar’s goal is to guide clients through effective, evidence-based rehabilitation, helping them return to the activities they love feeling stronger and more confident. Indy is a Physiotherapist, graduating from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Her clinical experience spans private practice, hospital settings, chronic pain management, and outpatient musculoskeletal care. Complementing her skills, Indy is also a certified Polestar NZ Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates instructor, which she incorporates into her exercise-based rehabilitation approach. Her key clinical interests include holistic and evidence-based care, manual therapy, Pilates, and post-operative rehabilitation. Outside of work, Indy enjoys running, Pilates, hiking, and horse riding, spending over 10 years as a horse-riding instructor, enjoying coaching at her local pony club. View details »

David is a Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from AUT, and postgraduate training in Western Acupuncture. He began his career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, gaining valuable experience across workplace, community, and sports environments before transitioning into neurological rehabilitation. Since joining Active+ Albany, David has undertaken ongoing training in neurological assessment and treatment, developing a strong clinical interest in concussion management from both a musculoskeletal and neurological perspective. David places a strong emphasis on client education and self-management, empowering his clients to reduce the risk of future injury while supporting long-term health and active lifestyles. Outside of work, David is a keen musician and home cook, and has thoroughly enjoyed adapting to his new role as a father. View details »
