Kate has 23 years experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working in both New Zealand and the UK. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is a Polestar certified practitioner of pilates for rehabilitation, with 15 years of clinical pilates experience. She has a passion in helping people be the best they can through the promotion of active rehab and a healthy lifestyle. Kate’s special interests include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, clinical pilates, acupuncture, pain management and functional rehab for older adults. Chelsea graduated from AUT in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Since then she has gained experience across a range of areas including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post operarative rehab, rest home care and sports physiotherapy. Chelsea has her own love for Pilates and this insipired her to extend her scope of practice, gaining her Reformer and Mat Pilates qualifications, which she integrates into her physiotherapy treatment, where applicable. She is passionate about applying evidence-based care in the management of her client's conditions and focuses on a full body approach to treatment. Chelsea has also gained her qualification in advanced dry needling and foundation pelvic/women's health and is currently completing the Pinc and Steel course to become a qualified Oncology physio. She delivers a range of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation and loves working with clients from all walks of life, to help them achieve their individual goals, supporting a return to pre-injury function. David graduated from AUT in 2019 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and in 2021 completed his post-graduate training in Western Acupuncture, as well as training in MS Get a Head Start and PD Warrior neuro rehab programs. David has a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy management, including side-line injury management and prevention for Massey rugby club, as well as experience working within the community managing a variety of physical conditions. With an emphasis on self-management education, David is passionate about equipping his clients with the tools to minimise risk of further injury and promoting healthy and active lifestyles. David also has a passion for music and hopes to incorporate music therapy into his neuro rehab skill set in the near future. View details »
