Cesar is a physiotherapist who graduated with distinction from AUT in 2022. He has clinical experience providing musculoskeletal care in both private practice and sports settings. He has a strong interest in shoulder and lower limb rehabilitation and has completed courses with Angela Cadogan to enhance his skills in evidence-based management. At Active+, Cesar’s goal is to guide clients through effective, evidence-based rehabilitation, helping them return to the activities they love feeling stronger and more confident.
