Kate obtained her Physiotherapy undergraduate degree from AUT University, graduating in 2018. Having worked in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy since then, Kate joined Active+ in January 2021. Kates clinical areas of interest include exercise rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention as well as taking Pilates classes. Kates utilises a holistic approach to her clients, encompassing the physical and mental aspects of both injury and recovery. She has qualifications in Mat Pilates instruction which she incorporates into her treatments of clients.View details »
