Jeff is from Canada. He moved to NZ in 2007 and he has worked for Active Plus since 2009. He studied his undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Manitoba graduating in 2004. He also has a certificate in Western Acupuncture (2006), a certificate in clinical mat pilates (2012) and is currently completing his Master's Degree in Sports Physiotherapy (Otago 2017). Jeff is also the physiotherapist for Eden rugby club reserve team and the West Auckland Admirals ice hockey team. His clinical areas of interest are sports physiotherapy, injury prevention, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and acute and chronic pain management. Miss Kirsten Millen

Kirsten joined the Active+ Mt Eden team in June 2023, having previously worked at Active+ Howick and Highbrook. She graduated from AUT in 2010, and gained her Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy in 2014. Kirsten has worked in NZ and Australia in the areas of community physiotherapy, private practice, and as an educator/supervisor and clinic manager. She has experience working with provincial and National level athletes. Kirsten enjoys helping patients achieve their goals through movement and by taking a holistic healthcare approach.
