Katie is one of the newest faces at Active+ Mt Eden, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare world! A skilled physiotherapist, Katie works across both private and ACC-funded contracts, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries. She has a special interest in low back pain, functional rehab, and injury prevention — areas she continues to grow her expertise in. Her passion for learning recently led to her honours research on low back pain being published in an international peer-reviewed journal and presented at the 2024 PNZ Conference! Katie is deeply committed to making healthcare equitable, accessible, and compassionate for everyone in the community.
