Olivia officially joined the Active+ Mt Eden team in January 2023—but she’s no stranger around here! She spent her final year of study with us and worked as a physio assistant before stepping into her full-time physio role. Olivia is passionate about movement, motivation, and making rehab enjoyable. A keen Pilates advocate, she’s all about helping people recover from injury and empowering them to live healthier, more active lives. Whether it's through thoughtful exercise plans or encouraging conversations, Olivia brings energy and enthusiasm to every session.
