Kate obtained her Physiotherapy undergraduate degree from AUT University, graduating in 2018. Having worked in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy since then, Kate joined Active+ in January 2021. Kates clinical areas of interest include exercise rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention as well as taking Pilates classes. Kates utilises a holistic approach to her clients, encompassing the physical and mental aspects of both injury and recovery. Jeff is from Canada. He moved to NZ in 2007 and he has worked for Active Plus since 2009. He studied his undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Manitoba graduating in 2004. He also has a certificate in Western Acupuncture (2006), a certificate in clinical mat pilates (2012) and is currently completing his Master's Degree in Sports Physiotherapy (Otago 2017). Jeff is also the physiotherapist for Eden rugby club reserve team and the West Auckland Admirals ice hockey team. His clinical areas of interest are sports physiotherapy, injury prevention, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and acute and chronic pain management. Olivia joined the Active+ Mt Eden team in January 2023 but you may have seen her around as she was with us during her final year of study and worked for us as a physio assistant.
She loves walking in the outdoors, going to the gym and going to concerts in the summer.
