With more than 10 years experience, Lynda's passion is to support people who have a cancer diagnosis, to educate and treat from a holistic perspective. She has gained post graduate qualifications in: - Lymphoedema Management (ALA) - Scar management (Restore Scar Therapy) - Kick Pink Breast Cancer Rehabilitation (YourCorePT) - Post graduate diploma Acupuncture (AUT) Leisure: Lynda is married to Stu, has two adult children and lives rurally in West Auckland. Mr Jeff McDonald

Physiotherapist

Jeff is from Canada. He moved to NZ in 2007 and he has worked for Active Plus since 2009. He studied his undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Manitoba graduating in 2004. He also has a certificate in Western Acupuncture (2006), a certificate in clinical mat pilates (2012) and is currently completing his Master's Degree in Sports Physiotherapy (Otago 2017). Jeff is also the physiotherapist for Eden rugby club reserve team and the West Auckland Admirals ice hockey team. His clinical areas of interest are sports physiotherapy, injury prevention, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and acute and chronic pain management.
