Jeff is from Canada. He moved to NZ in 2007 and he has worked for Active Plus since 2009. He studied his undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Manitoba graduating in 2004. He also has a certificate in Western Acupuncture (2006), a certificate in clinical mat pilates (2012) and is currently completing his Master's Degree in Sports Physiotherapy (Otago 2017). Jeff is also the physiotherapist for Eden rugby club reserve team and the West Auckland Admirals ice hockey team. His clinical areas of interest are sports physiotherapy, injury prevention, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and acute and chronic pain management. Nadia has 25 years of physiotherapy experience working in the UK, Sydney and New Zealand in Lymphoedema, musculoskeletal and pelvic health both in the public and private sector.
She has Level 1 and 2 postgraduate qualifications in Lymphoedema and is also a certified PINC rehabilitation therapist and Pilates instructor who has a special interest in early intervention for those at risk of lymphoedema during cancer treatment.
Nadia focuses on empowering patients to manage the physical side effects of oncology treatment and provides patient centred holistic treatment and rehabilitation to enhance their own health journey
