Kirsten joined the Active+ Mt Eden team in June 2023, having previously worked at Active+ Howick and Highbrook. She graduated from AUT in 2010, and gained her Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy in 2014. Kirsten has worked in NZ and Australia in the areas of community and private practice physiotherapy. Nadia has 25 years of physiotherapy experience working in the UK, Sydney and New Zealand in Lymphoedema, musculoskeletal and pelvic health both in the public and private sector. She has Level 1 and 2 postgraduate qualifications in Lymphoedema and is also a certified PINC rehabilitation therapist and Pilates instructor who has a special interest in early intervention for those at risk of lymphoedema during cancer treatment. Nadia focuses on empowering patients to manage the physical side effects of oncology treatment and provides patient centred holistic treatment and rehabilitation to enhance their own health journey In her spare time Nadia enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 kids and dog Jinx, friends and extended family.
