Rebecca graduated from Ulster University in Northern Ireland with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy. After which she embarked on a 14-week backpacking trip through Southeast Asia before deciding to make the move to Hamilton and begin working for Active Health.
Sport has always played a big role in Rebeccas life, growing up in a ‘rugby mad’ household she developed a love for both sport and injury rehab. She has played hockey since she was eight representing at school, university and county level. After getting injured whilst on a hockey tour in Amsterdam and discovering the importance of functional rehab she realised physio was the career path for her and hasn’t looked back since.
