Mrs Laura Nolan

Mrs Laura Nolan

Physiotherapist

Laura is a highly experienced Pelvic/Women's Health and MSK Physiotherapist with 16+ years' expertise, having joined our Ulster Street clinic in 2008 after completing her physiotherapy degree in Northern Ireland and earning her Post-Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2015. She specialises in Women's and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy through various advanced courses, helping clients recover from conditions including pelvic organ prolapse, abdominal separation (DRA), pelvic floor dysfunction, and pregnancy-related pain. Originally focused on sports rehabilitation working with rugby teams and representative level netball, Laura transitioned to combining pelvic health with musculoskeletal physiotherapy after recognising the need for holistic care that addresses how conditions like low back pain can be driven by pelvic dysfunction. Laura is particularly passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery with tailored exercise plans for returning to movement, running, and sport, empowering women to feel confident and strong in their bodies through every life stage.
