Katy is a newly graduated Physiotherapist from Ulster University in Derry, Ireland, who has recently moved to Hamilton to join Active Health. Throughout her student years, she gained valuable experience working with Basketball Ireland, Intercounty soccer teams, and served as the Physio for the U19 Derry Ladies Gaelic team in 2023. After experiencing the impact of rehabilitation first-hand through her own sporting injury, Katy knew physiotherapy was her calling and is passionate about empowering patients and watching them progress to achieve goals they didn't think possible.
