Jo is an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who developed strong manual therapy skills in musculoskeletal practice. After having children, she specialised in pelvic health through extensive international training, now treating men, women, and children (3+ for bowel, 5+ for urinary issues). Jo has expertise in post-natal fitness, prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, and childhood issues. She uses a friendly, practical approach and works at both Manchester Street and Jellie Park clinics. Jo enjoys tramping, biking, and skiing with her family.
