Katie graduated from the University of Otago in 2020 and has since completed her Certificate of Manual Therapy (COMT) through NZMMP. Having worked across Dunedin and Southland, she brings a broad range of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative orthopaedics, and return-to-sport patients on the ICPMSK contract, with a particular interest in knee and lower limb conditions.
Katie takes a balanced approach combining manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient education, and has been an active member of the Southland Branch of Physiotherapy New Zealand for four years.

Ben is a physiotherapist from Otago University with degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and Physiotherapy. Born in Dunedin, he's passionate about Olympic weightlifting, hiking, and outdoor activities. Ben has worked with elite athletes, injury recovery clients, and older adults maintaining independence. His active lifestyle and experience with diverse populations allows him to understand physical and mental demands of activity. Kirsten is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist, graduating from Otago University with a Post Graduate certificate in Sports Physiotherapy and Mulligan certification. She has extensive experience in pre/post-operative care, hydrotherapy, sports injuries, concussion headaches, and TMJ. Kirsten specialises in returning athletes to sport and preventing reinjury across various sporting codes. As a keen Karateka training for a decade, she has special interest in martial arts injuries. Outside work, you'll find her in the dojo or mountain biking around Canterbury.
