Angela is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with 28+ years' experience, including qualifications in Sports Medicine and Acupuncture from Otago University. She specialises in lower limb biomechanics and pelvic stability, using manual therapy and movement assessment to aid recovery and performance. Angela has extensive sports medicine experience, working with teams from weekend warriors to elite level, including seven seasons with Canterbury Women's rugby teams, South African netball, and international hockey and speed skating events.

Bevan is an experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist who graduated from Otago University in 2006 with the Sheila Consuela MacDiarmid Scholarship. He specialises in exercise-based rehabilitation, injury prevention, and muscle balance assessment, working with all ages from youth athletes to older adults. Bevan has expertise in occupational health, golf-specific physiotherapy, and mental strategies for injury recovery. As captain of the New Zealand Korfball team, he's also served as physiotherapist for both New Zealand and Australian teams.

Kate is an experienced physiotherapist who qualified from Manchester University in 2001. She has worked across sports teams, hospitals, and private practice in both the UK and New Zealand. Since moving to NZ in 2009, Kate teaches up to five Pilates classes weekly and specialises in muscle balance problems, postural issues, shoulder and back injuries, and post-operative care. She enjoys the challenge of combining manual therapy with exercise prescription for long-term injury prevention and connects well with people of all ages.
