Sarah holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science (AUT). With 14+ years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist at Waikato DHB and a further 4 years as a Hand Therapist, she brings a wealth of skill and knowledge to Align Health and her clients. Sarah's broad experience includes hand and wrist rehabilitation, rheumatological conditions, burns and scar management and paediatrics. Sarah helps clients with a range of acute and long standing hand conditions - fractures, dislocations, sprains and strains, nerve compressions (e.g. carpal tunnel), overuse and pain conditions and post-operative rehabilitation.
