Dunia (Dee) is an experienced and passionate Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 12+ years' experience in her field. Her focus is on sports and exercise physiotherapy and medicine, return to sports training, participation, performance enhancement and injury prevention. Dee works with clients of all ages and abilities (recreational and high performance). Dee has a broad knowledge base in a full range of physiotherapy, having completed multiple post-graduate qualifications in both sports and exercise physiotherapy. Dee is a Certified McKenzie Practitioner Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) (2021). Clients love Dee's holistic approach which will adapt to your individual needs and goals. Dee applies a mix of hands on (manual therapy) with exercise to support her you in your rehabilitation. Dee is qualified in dry needling and is also a qualified Pilates instructor. Candice is a highly skilled and experienced Sports & General Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 12+ years' experience. She has a background in competitive gymnastics and is passionate about sports and helping clients recover, return to activity and get back to their best. Candice has worked as the Head Physiotherapist for a number schools and rugby teams throughout her career, including Hamilton Boys' High School, Harlequins U17, Waihou Senior A Rugby Team and the NZ Barbarians Rugby Team U85kg.
