Aine studied both my BSc and MSc in Sports Medicine in Belfast, Northern Ireland and lived there for another 2 years working across a variety of sports, but predominantly in professional rugby. It was here that her passion for high perfoirmance, treating sporting injuries and optimising health really took off. She moved to New Zealand in 2019 and has been mostly based in Mount Maunganui during this time. She returned to Ireland last year, working with the Ireland Womens Rugby team and has arrived back to NZ in time for the winter season. Since coming to New Zealand, she has become a keen hiker, surfer, runner and pilates instructor.
