Josh is a physiotherapist with a passion for helping athletes of all levels return to sport and
achieve their goals. A graduate of the University of Otago, Josh has worked with a variety of sports teams, including his role as head physiotherapist for the New Zealand Open Ultimate Frisbee team at the 2024 World Championships. Currently, he is supporting the New Zealand Women's U24 Ultimate team in their preparations for the 2025 World Championships in Spain. Josh is also a Physiotherapist for the Tatai Whetu Waitaha programme. With extensive experience in rugby union and league, Josh has a special interest in injury rehabilitation/return to sport, pre/post operative physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and biomechanical assessment. He's also working toward his ASCA Level 1 strength and conditioning certification. Outside of work, Josh enjoys the gym and is currently training for a half Ironman, Challenge Wanaka.
