Josh is a physiotherapist with a passion for helping athletes of all levels return to sport and
achieve their goals. A graduate of the University of Otago, Josh has worked with a variety of sports teams, including his role as head physiotherapist for the New Zealand Open Ultimate Frisbee team at the 2024 World Championships. Currently, he is supporting the New Zealand Women's U24 Ultimate team in their preparations for the 2025 World Championships in Spain. Josh is also a Physiotherapist for the Tatai Whetu Waitaha programme. With extensive experience in rugby union and league, Josh has a special interest in injury rehabilitation/return to sport, pre/post operative physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and biomechanical assessment. He's also working toward his ASCA Level 1 strength and conditioning certification. Outside of work, Josh enjoys the gym and is currently training for a half Ironman, Challenge Wanaka. Marion graduated from the University of Otago and has a lifelong passion for sports and a strong commitment to helping athletes perform at their best.
She has a special interest in working with young athletes, particularly in strength & conditioning, return to sport rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance coaching. She is in the process of completing her Level 1 ASCA Strength and Conditioning course and works with gymnasts and dancers across ballet, jazz, and contemporary disciplines. Drawing from her experience as a former competitive Irish dancer, she understands the niche physical demands of performing arts and tailors’ rehabilitation to support both recovery and performance.
In addition to her clinical work, Marion is the Head Girls Rowing Coach at St. Andrew’s College. She also provides rugby medical support for Greymouth rugby league team, Girls High' 1st XV, and the Canterbury U18 Women's team. She is passionate about guiding athletes back to full function and optimizing their performance through individualized rehab programs, manual therapy, and education.

Jack is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong focus on rehabilitation and advanced treatment techniques. After completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago, he went on to obtain a Postgraduate Certificate in Rehabilitation, further enhancing his expertise in injury recovery and performance optimization.
With experience providing rehabilitation services for the New Zealand Defence Force, Jack has developed a keen interest in climbing-related injuries, return-to-sport rehabilitation, and pre/post-operative care. He also incorporates dry needling and acupuncture into his treatments to support pain management and recovery.
Passionate about helping patients regain strength and mobility, Jack takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Jack is an avid bouldering enthusiast, a hobbyist mechanic and loves exploring the South Island, especially on his motorcycle. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, he enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds to provide personalized, effective care. View details »
