Mike is a highly educated and experienced physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience working with athletes at Harvard University, High Performance Sport NZ, NZ Cricket, NZ Softball, Canterbury Cricket, Netball Mainland, and Ultimate Frisbee to name a few. Mike has comprehensive knowledge of sports performance as a coach and athlete, having played representative rugby as well as competing in track and field, and New Zealand’s premier Coast to Coast multisport event, among others.
Mikes Clinical interests are in post-operative physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation for acute and traumatic injuries, as well as long term management of chronic conditions. He also has vast knowledge in strength & conditioning as an Australian Strength & Conditioning level 2 coach, and experience working internationally at an elite level.
