Sophie is a Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Otago and has been strongly involved in sport throughout her life. She understands the vital role movement plays in overall health and wellbeing and enjoys helping people stay active and confident in their bodies. Sophie has sideline sports medic experience and is currently the head Waihora Ruby physio. She has a particular interest in working with athletes of all ages across a wide range of sports. Sophie brings firsthand understanding of the physical demands of training, competition, and recovery. She is the reining champ, and 2 time winner of the 2-Day Coast to Coast Under-23 Elite category and appreciates the importance of keeping the body feeling strong, resilient, and ready to perform.
