Josh is a Physiotherapist and accredited ASCA Level 1 strength and conditioning coach with a passion for helping athletes of all levels return to sport and achieve their goals. A graduate of the University of Otago, and a StThomas Old Boy, Josh has worked with a variety of sports teams, including his role as head physiotherapist for multiple New Zealand Ultimate Frisbee teams at the 2024 and 2025 World Championships. Josh is also a Physiotherapist for the Tatai Whetu Waitaha programme.
With extensive experience in rugby union and league, Josh has a special interest in injury rehabilitation/return to sport, pre/post operative physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and biomechanical assessment. He especially enjoys working with runners, cyclists and triathletes helping them to return to their activity and performance. Outside of work, Josh enjoys the gym, long distance running and cycling. Sophie is a Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Otago and has been strongly involved in sport throughout her life. She understands the vital role movement plays in overall health and wellbeing, and enjoys helping people stay active and confident in their bodies.
Sophie has experience providing sports medicine support for local rugby teams in Dunedin and has a particular interest in working with athletes of all ages across a wide range of sports.
As an adventure racer and multisport athlete who competes internationally, Sophie brings firsthand understanding of the physical demands of training, competition, and recovery. She is the winner of the 2-Day Coast to Coast Under-23 Elite category, and appreciates the importance of keeping the body feeling strong, resilient, and ready to perform.

Sherri Ball is a Senior Podiatrist with a strong background in pain and injury management. Graduating from Auckland University of Technology in 2014, she specializes in general podiatry, ingrown toenail surgery, and sports podiatry. With a foundation in physical education, including biomechanics and kinesiology, Sherri takes a holistic approach to lower limb pain and injury management. She emphasizes gait analysis, muscle testing, and functional movement correction to optimize recovery. Holding postgraduate training in musculoskeletal and pain management from Otago University, she aims to further her studies in youth pain experiences.
