Originally from the Kapiti Coast, James is an NZ-trained physio with 13 years' experience within private practice and community settings. James enjoys helping people stay connected to the activities they care about whether that’s pounding the pavement, surfing, or walking the doggo after work without pain. His style is participation-led, practical, and people-focused. He has a special interest in acupuncture & dry needling, return to sport testing, and strength and conditioning.
