Rowan has experience working with a range of different patients and treating a variety of injuries. His expertise ranges from helping high level sports athletes to those wanting to get back to daily activities and everyone in between.
Rowan’s key interests involve return to sport, work readiness and post-operative rehabilitation. He is also skilled at helping his patients get back to running following injury and assessing running technique. Rowan uses these skills alongside a range of manual therapy techniques to give his patients the best possible care.
In his time off, he is a keen golfer, rower, snowboarder and enjoys going to the gym regularly. An active lifestyle helps him to better understand the importance of being able to do the things you love.
Injuries can be a big roadblock for this but Rowan is dedicated to helping his patients get back on their feet in the shortest time possible.

Rajitha has eight years of experience working in a variety of healthcare environments including both hospital and private practice. In 2021 Rajitha completed a post graduate diploma in Health and Social Care management in the UK. From this he developed a passion for rehabilitation and working collaboratively with health care professionals.
Rajitha employs a hands on approach to physiotherapy, and has advanced training in dry needling, which he uses in conjunction to manual therapy and exercise prescription. He has worked extensively in orthopaedics and post operative rehabilitation and has treated a vast array of post operative conditions.
Being a registered member of the World Federation of Aquatic therapy, Rajitha can create individualised pool programs for a variety of conditions seen in the clinic.

Teresa has worked as a physiotherapist for over 34 years. She began her career working with high level sports teams including the All Blacks, America’s Cup and NZ cricket. She then joined the Auckland institute of sport where she continued to work with athletes of all levels.
Following this she moved to work with the military and provided physiotherapy services for both Burnham and Waiouru over a 15 year period.
Teresa has worked overseas both in the UK hospital system as well as a brief period as a volunteer physiotherapist in Nepal.
Teresa believes in a holistic approach to treatment. This is helped by her eclectic background including training in acupuncture, homeopathy, Pilates, manual therapy and occupational health. Occupational health experience has allowed her to work with a diverse variety of clients and workplaces to achieve effective return to work goals.
Over the years she has developed a special interest in management of frozen shoulders and post operative hip rehabilitation. She also enjoys treating back and neck issues as well as complex cases including pain and mental wellbeing.
Teresa loves the outdoors, travelling and horse riding. Her personal experience with injury and time off work gives her a deeper understanding of what it is like to be off work.
