Clinical Director / Advanced Clinical Practitioner;
Andrew is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping people recover, perform, and push beyond their limits. His career spans hospitals, private practice, and high-performance sport, including time with HPSNZ supporting elite triathletes, cyclists, and runners, as well as coaching the Paddle Ferns to World Championship gold.
With postgraduate training in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and strength and conditioning, Andrew combines advanced assessment, hands-on techniques, and progressive rehab to help clients return stronger than before. He has a special interest in hip and shoulder rehabilitation, using manual therapy techniques (including manipulation, myofascial release and dry needling), and thrives on working with people of all levels of activity expectations. Andrew’s combined experience across most cycling disciplines with his biomechanical assessment skills have led to providing a bike fit service for cyclists across the spectrum. Outside the clinic, Andrew is an endurance athlete himself, taking on Ironman triathlons, hill runs, and sea swims, and continues to support the Canterbury Triathlon Club.
