Victoria is a physiotherapist who helps people recover from injury, reduce pain, and get back to the activities they enjoy most. She has experience across hospital and musculoskeletal settings, including A&E, general medicine, orthopaedics, and respiratory care. Now specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, she supports clients with sports injuries, ACL prevention and rehab, and post-operative recovery. Her approach is practical and supportive, combining hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programmes to restore movement, build strength, and give people confidence in their bodies. Victoria is passionate about helping clients return to the sports, work, and everyday activities that matter to them. Outside the clinic, she makes the most of New Zealand’s outdoors, with interests in mountain biking, cycling, trail running, climbing, open-water swimming, tramping, skiing, and the occasional game of tennis. Briar is a physiotherapist with a passion for movement, wellbeing, and helping people get the most out of life. She has a strong focus on musculoskeletal health and enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from everyday movers to elite athletes. Alongside physiotherapy, she draws on her background in yoga and Pilates to support strength, flexibility, and holistic wellbeing. Briar is also the travelling physiotherapist for the Samoa Women’s National Football Team, supporting them through international tournaments including the Oceania World Cup Qualifiers, the Dallas Cup, and the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Her approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to each individual, whether the goal is returning to sport, recovering from injury, or simply feeling stronger and more balanced. With a national-level background in swimming and regional rugby experience, she understands the demands of sport and the frustration of injury firsthand. Leah has a special interest in treating sporting injuries (especially swimming, rugby, and endurance sports) alongside work related injuries.
