Briar is a physiotherapist with a passion for movement, wellbeing, and helping people get the most out of life. She has a strong focus on musculoskeletal health and enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from everyday movers to elite athletes. Alongside physiotherapy, she draws on her background in yoga and Pilates to support strength, flexibility, and holistic wellbeing.
Briar is also the travelling physiotherapist for the Samoa Women’s National Football Team, supporting them through international tournaments including the Oceania World Cup Qualifiers, the Dallas Cup, and the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Her approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to each individual, whether the goal is returning to sport, recovering from injury, or simply feeling stronger and more balanced. Outside of work, she’s a keen runner, yogi, and lover of the outdoors.

Beth worked as an outpatient MSK physiotherapist in NHS Wales. She worked in a specialist back pain management service called 'Back in Action' during this period. Beth moved to Christchurch in 2023 and has worked at Physiosouth since. She was physiotherapist for Pouaki basketball team in 2024. View details »
Originally from sunny Nelson, Leah combines her love for sport and the outdoors with a practical, patient-first approach to physiotherapy. With a national-level background in swimming and regional rugby experience, she understands the demands of sport and the frustration of injury firsthand.
Leah has a special interest in treating sporting injuries (especially swimming, rugby, and endurance sports) alongside work related injuries. She takes a holistic approach, working with patients to understand their goals and create personalised rehab plans that fit into real life. View details »
