Beni has over 15 years’ experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a background in neurology, orthopaedics, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has worked in private practice, hospitals and ACC contracts, supporting clients with return to work, concussion, and training for independence. Beni takes a personalised, hands-on approach, using techniques like dry needling, myofascial release, and kinesiotaping, alongside exercise-based rehab. With a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, she helps clients recover, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities they love. Tom graduated from Otago University in 2018 and spent the first 7 years of his career working as a physiotherapist in Christchurch. He has recently relocated to Queenstown and is working across the Central Otago clinics.
He has spent most of his career working in sports based private practice settings and has a particular clinical interest in running related injuries, lower limb injuries(ACLs) and adolescent injury. Tom conducts a comprehensive assessment while aiming to develop a clear and focused management plan to optimise clinical outcomes.
Personally, Tom has over 15 years’ experience competing in endurance sports with recent highlights including Ironman New Zealand and Auckland Marathon.
