Miss Nami Nitta

Miss Nami Nitta

Physiotherapist

I graduated from AUT in 2024 as a physiotherapist, with a passion for patient-centred and evidence-based care. With a background as a classical ballet and contemporary dancer, I have a deep appreciation for movement, control, and the demands of high-level performance. This has shaped my approach to physiotherapy – combining precision, empathy, and tailored rehabilitation strategies to help people move confidently and get back to their passion. I enjoy working with a wide range of people, from those recovering from an injury to those aiming to improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Outside the clinic, I love staying active – whether it's going to the gym, heading to the beach for a swim, or snowboarding during winter. I'm passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive space where each person feels heard and empowered in their journey toward better movement and health. View details »

Mr Jack McDonald-Hill

Mr Jack McDonald-Hill

Physiotherapist

Jack graduated from the University of Otago in 2023 and found his love for physiotherapy working in various clinic and with the Tasman Mako NPC rugby team. Jack enjoys the strength and conditioning side of physio and working with people who have longer term injuries and pain. Jack’s favorite part of physio is building a good relationship with someone throughout their rehab journey, whilst working towards extending their previous boundaries. He has completed a number of courses, with the most recent on the long-term management of ACL injuries and return to high level sports by the highly acclaimed Australian physiotherapist and lecturer, Tim McGrath. Over the last 2 years, he has provided sports physiotherapy across a wide range of sporting events including club rugby, mainland basketball, NZ cricket, ultimate frisbee and downhill mountain biking. He is the current physio for Nelson College’s First XV rugby team. Jack’s passion for exercise and the love of a good yarn helps him best understand what exactly you want to get out of physio, and the most effective way of getting you there. View details »
