I graduated in 2023 from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Growing up in coastal Mount Maunganui of the North Island, I am used to making the most of what our great New Zealand landscapes have to offer. Through my passion for wellbeing, I have seen the far reaching benefits of optimising physical health and have long been a keen runner. Since moving south for University, I have furthered this by exploring the mountains through skiing and hiking on the weekends. It is clear to me that a broad approach to physical health is optimal so I enjoy regular yoga and pilates. I have a real enthusiasm for musculoskeletal health and working with a diverse range of people. In particular, I see great value in the holistic treatment of the individual - aiming to see the ‘bigger picture’ of an injury additional to the biomechanics. I cherish making memorable experiences for my patients, ultimately striving to return them to what they love. View details »
