Sharon’s physiotherapy career started in Fiji, and finished with a Bachelor’s degree in 2007 at AUT. Since graduation, Sharon has mainly worked in the private practice setting, dealing with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. She has also continued to upskill herself and currently holds a Master of Health Practice degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and a Post-graduate Certificate in Acupuncture. Her interest in hand therapy and rehabilitation started early on but developed further as she worked in an occupational setting over the last 3 years. She joined the Handworks team in 2019 and works at the Greenlane, Howick and Botany clinics over the week.
When not at work, Sharon likes to spend her time with her kids and husband who like to keep her on her toes. She loves exercise and reading when time allows.View details »
