Hi, I am a NZ trained Physiotherapist who completed my degree through Auckland University of Technology. I have been working as a physiotherapist in Tauranga and have recently joined the team here as a locum. Movement and exercise have always played a major role in my life and I love to bring this as a principal in my management, alongside manual therapy techniques.
I strongly believe in working with my patients to achieve what is most important to them. This means discovering who they are, what they love to do and how their injury is affecting them. From here, we work together to ensure you understand your injury and develop an effective and tailored rehabilitation plan to get you back. I enjoy working with people of all abilities, injury types and will always aim to promote optimal, healthy movement quality and strength.
