Nerissa graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, prior to this completed a Certificate in Sports and Exercise Science. In 2019 Nerissa completed a certificate in Dry Needling, followed by completion of a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2023. Nerissa also has a certificate in Pelvic Health.
Since graduating, Nerissa has been working with sports teams across Field Hockey, Football, Rugby and Underwater Hockey at various levels including New Zealand age group. Nerissa is a pelvic health physiotherapist, treating a range of conditions such as urinary and faecal incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, post birth and birthing injuries.

Alexandra graduated with a Physiotherapy degree from AUT in 2013 and has over 11 years' experience. She also holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from Otago University. Her career has spanned private clinics, hospitals, sports teams, and aged care in both New Zealand and Australia. Alexandra specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, pain management, and rehabilitation. She has worked with professional sports teams, taught Pilates, and provided physiotherapy services on a super yacht. After three years at Move Physiotherapy in Queenstown, Alexandra recently returned from travel and is excited to continue helping people improve their health and wellbeing. View details »
Karen is a senior physiotherapist with post-graduate manipulative therapy qualifications and training in acupuncture.
Karen took over the practice in 2016 after having worked at the practice for 19 years. She has worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy for many years having had her own practice for 16 years before she moved to Kumeu in 1996 with her husband and two children.
Karen has extensive experience and expertise in musculoskeletal problems and chronic pain. She loves her work and being part of the local community. She loves to treat anyone and anything, but especially the more challenging problems.
