Alexandra graduated with a Physiotherapy degree from AUT in 2013 and has over 11 years' experience. She also holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from Otago University. Her career has spanned private clinics, hospitals, sports teams, and aged care in both New Zealand and Australia. Alexandra specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, pain management, and rehabilitation. She has worked with professional sports teams, taught Pilates, and provided physiotherapy services on a super yacht.
