Crystal graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from AUT in 2016 and has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science (Acupuncture) in 2019.
Since graduating, Crystal developed interest and established experience in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. She has a particular interest in helping people through pregnancy and return to exercise post-partum, maternal birth injuries, incontinence, prolapse and dyspareunia. Crystal has a wide range of skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, acupuncture, pelvic health and qualified as a Pilates instructor. Crystal has a one-year-old boy who is already very active, just like his parents. Originally from Northland, Crystal has followed her Airforce husband around the North Island until now settling in West Auckland.
