Michelle Has worked in the private sector in NZ and London for over 30 years as a Physiotherapist and for the last 20 years as a Rehabilitative Pilates instructor. She has a passion for helping people to achieve optimal body function, movement and postures.
She feels it is vital for people to take responsibility for their own bodies by being taught awareness of the way they position themselves and move throughout the day and thus making their everyday activities their ‘gym program’.
Michelle works with a holistic approach and includes work on relaxation, de stressing and breathing as part of her teaching tools. Michelle works part time Tuesday & Wednesday.
