Jamie has three years’ experience working within the NHS in Scotland, and I’m excited to have joined the team at Motion Health Dunedin.
He has worked in senior roles across musculoskeletal outpatient services, with additional experience in hand and upper limb rehabilitation. Having also worked in private practice he is well versed in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, men’s health conditions and sports-related injuries. Jamie has a particular interest in working with competitive athletes to support both injury recovery and performance.
With an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to physiotherapy, Jamie focuses on helping people return to the activities that matter most to them—whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find him exploring the outdoors. He loves hiking, climbing, surfing, mountain biking, and running, and is a regular at the gym. When he is not moving, he enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time on creative pursuits through art.
