Sophie is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist at our Upper Hutt clinic. Originally from the UK, she completed her Bachelors of Science (Hons) Physiotherapy in 2023 and gained experience across a wide range of clinical areas during her NHS rotations, including Womens Health. She enjoys taking a holistic approach to helping people move better, recover with confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Sophie enjoys staying active and can often be found playing netball, badminton or hiking. She also enjoys baking and getting creative with arts and crafts.View details »
