I'm a physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience with a passion and interest in musculoskeletal conditions. I am excited to join the team here in Nelson after working for one and a half years in Hand Therapy in Wellington. My knowledge and experience is based on pain management, restoring function, and improving the overall quality of life for patients with upper extremity injuries. I achieve these through a range of activities, including prescribed exercise programmes, splinting, scar management, heat therapy, Kinesio-taping, functional retraining, rehabilitation and education.
My treatment style is hands-on, collaborative and tailored to each person's goals. I focus on clear communication and education, making sure patients understand their recovery pathway and feel supported every step of the way.
I have a wife and two young children and enjoy cooking and fishing in my spare time.View details »
