Bridget is a NZ Registered Physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago. With approximately four years of clinical experience, she has worked as a Rotational Physiotherapist in New Zealand and as a Locum Physiotherapist in Australia. Bridget’s experience spans a wide range of settings, including acute hospital wards (medical, surgical, and orthopaedic), rural hospitals, outpatient services, and community-based care.
Bridget’s clinical interests include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post-operative rehabilitation, acute and generalist physiotherapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation. She places strong emphasis on patient education and functional goal setting, working collaboratively with clients to support recovery and promote independence. Bridget is committed to delivering practical, evidence-based care that helps individuals regain confidence and return to everyday activities.
