Nivaar is a highly experienced Physiotherapist who qualified in 2011 in South Africa. With over a decade in clinical practice, he has worked within a large, multidisciplinary private practice providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services to three major hospitals in Durban. His clinical expertise spans post operative rehabilitation, critical care physiotherapy, orthopaedic management, sports injury treatment, and functional rehabilitation.
He has completed several postgraduate certifications, including the Orthopaedic Manipulative Physiotherapy Group (OMPTG) programme, as well as advanced training in kinesiology taping and dry needling, further strengthening his manual therapy and musculoskeletal skill set.
Since 2023, Nivaar has been practising in New Zealand under a range of ACC contracts and within the Medfees framework. He currently serves as the Team Lead for the Whanganui Branch, where he oversees clinical service delivery and supports the development of high quality, patient centred physiotherapy care.View details »
