I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from Auckland University of Technology and have a deep passion for health and fitness. Prior to pursuing physiotherapy, I spent 10 years working as a lithographic printer, where I developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail—skills I now bring to my practice as a physiotherapist.
Specializing in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, I use a combination of dry needling, manual therapy, and evidence-based rehabilitation to help you recover, manage pain, and improve mobility. As a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, I take a patient-centered approach, creating personalized treatment plans that align with your goals and lifestyle. Whether you're recovering from an injury or aiming to improve your fitness, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and three kids, traveling to new places, exploring new foods, attending live concerts and embracing the diverse experiences that life has to offer. Rugby is a big passion of mine, and I love staying connected to the sport.
