Physiotherapist

BHSc Physiotherapy Graduated from the University of Otago in 2022. I enjoy meeting and treating a diverse client base, ranging from students to high end athletes to weekend warriors. I have had the pleasure of working with the Johnsonville premier rugby team, Rongotai college first XV, and Wellington Samoa rugby union to ensure their athletes can compete to the best of their abilities. My treatments focus on functional movement and exercise prescription, to help you move the way you want to. Along with this comes education to help you self manage your injury moving forward. As well as manual therapy techniques to help settle down pain such as cupping, massage, dry needling and joint mobilisations. View details »

Physiotherapist

BHSc Physiotherapy I graduated as a Physiotherapist from The University of Otago in 2023. I chose this career path after growing up playing many different sports and finding a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. I enjoy working with a range of patients from many backgrounds and like to take a holistic approach to create an individualised treatment plan for each patient to achieve their goals and get back to doing what they love. I have experience working with multiple premier club rugby teams in Dunedin and Wellington and have worked with both Otago Maori rugby and Wellington open mixed touch rugby. Outside of mahi I enjoy training at Maia Crossfit, spending time at the beach, watching sport and catching up with whanau and friends. View details »

Mr Finn Diamond

Mr Finn Diamond

Physiotherapist

Graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2022 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy). I had the pleasure of working with St Pats basketball boys last year and assisted with the management of central league footballers from Karori AFC, but I also spent a lot of my time with general population injuries too. This has given me a good exposure to both high level sporting injuries and any normal day to day injuries. I have my certificate in dry needling and enjoy doing other manual therapy techniques such as cupping and soft tissue massage for short-term relief of pain. However, for long term benefits I know that education of the injury, load management and activity modification and devising an individualized exercises programme is most important for getting you back into the things you love. Outside of work I enjoy playing football, surfing and going for a walk and getting coffee. View details »
